All Resona Health products are low-risk general wellness devices. We do NOT treat, diagnose, prevent, or cure any disease nor do we make ANY claims in this manner. Any current medications, therapies, or treatments SHOULD NOT be discontinued during the use of any of our products. Consult with your doctor before you make any changes. The following general contraindications taken from Dr Pawluck apply to Resona Products as well. The only absolute contraindication for use of a PEMF device is placing an active applicator over implanted electrical devices like pacemakers, cochlear implants, intrathecal pumps, etc., because the magnetic field can shut the device off or otherwise interfere with its function. PEMFs are contraindicated in organ transplant patients. This is because these people are on immune suppression medications to prevent organ rejection. We do not want to risk adversely affecting the immune suppression/rejection process. There is a chance that PEMFs may actually stimulate or activate a more aggressive rejection process by stimulating the immune system. USING YOUR PEMF MACHINE SAFELY Safety of PEMFs has not been established in pregnancy, although there is no evidence of harm. Most manufacturers warn against the use of their device during pregnancy. PEMFs should be used with caution in Grave’s disease or in the case of active bleeding. Extremely high intensity PEMFs should be used with caution or with professional guidance in people with implanted metals, such as joint replacements, dental implants, mechanical heart valves, metal stents, or metal staples in blood vessels. This is not due to risk of injury or harm, but because extremely high intensity PEMFs may stimulate the nerves in the area of the metal, causing sharp pain. High intensity PEMFs may also add to the shear stress of metal clips placed in or near blood vessels. Resonance Frequency Therapy (RFT) is a technique for treating pain and other aliments by using low frequency 2-channel pair waves and protocols. Each alignment requires a specific series of frequency pairs delivered over a certain time frame. The protocols can be delivered by sound, infusion in water, magnetic fields, or extremely low electrical currents. This is the #1 reason it WONT work for you. To get the maximum effectiveness, you must be properly hydrated. This means consuming a liter, or 4 glasses of water in the preceding 4 hours before therapy. This is necessary because the technology uses the water solution in your body to transfer the energy waves. Regardless of RFT or not, you should be drinking between 3-4 liters of water a day for general health. Most people are not properly hydrated. Resona Health devices are Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) generators. The energy level is so low most people cant feel anything – except the results. The devices are FDA general wellness devices which means they are very safe to use. You place it in your shirt pocket or wear it around your neck with a lanyard while cooking, cleaning. watching TV, sitting at your computer, reading, or walking. It’s about 1/2 the size of your phone and only weighs a couple ounces. Both are Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) generators. The Pulsar XO was our original flagship product. It requires the use of your phone to connect it via Bluetooth, then the protocols are ran from your phone, The VIBE is our newest device and it is a complete standalone device. No phone or Bluetooth connection is used. All of the protocols are housed inside the device and it has a more friendly user interface screen. The device should be used a minimum of 3-4 times a week for 30 days when you first start the therapy for each protocol. Some people see results in as little as 1-2 sessions. You must be hydrated for it to work, which means consuming a liter of water in the preceding 4 hours before the therapy. You can use the device as often as you like as you can’t overdose – If your body does not need the frequencies, they simply pass through your body. For long term maintenance, 1-2 times a week works for most people, but use it a often as you need. A frequency is the rate at which a sound wave or electronic pulse is produced. This measurement is registered in hertz (Hz). In using RFT to treat pain, it’s been found that various frequencies can be used to potentially reduce inflammation (swelling), repair tissue, and reduce pain. It can provide relief for a very wide range of aliments from arthritis, PTSD, ADHD, insomnia, and neck and back pain. Quantum physics has taught scientists that like atoms, molecules and tissues vibrate at determined resonant frequencies. When a molecule/cell/tissue is sick or injured, there is a change from its basic resonant frequency. If the frequency is reset to the baseline resonant frequency, the cells and tissues heal more easily and more quickly. In RFT, depending on the tissue involved, specific frequencies are selected to encourage natural healing of the body and to reduce pain. Frequencies have been identified for nearly every type of tissue in the body One of the ways RFT works is by potentially increasing the production of the substance ATP in injured tissues. ATP is the major source of energy for all cellular reactions in the body. Because treatment with RFT can increase ATP production by as much as 500% in damaged tissues, this may help with the recovery process. Depending on the condition, treatment with RFT can “loosen” or soften the muscles, which can help relieve pain and/or stiffness. The magnetic field transfers energy to the cell which increases the voltage on the cell. The therapy recharges your cell’s battery which allows the body to heal itself. Many, many ailments can be relieved. cne is a common skin condition that causes pimples. It occurs when hair follicles under the skin become clogged with oil and dead skin cells. Resona Health Lab is constantly running new clinical trials and reporting case studies. These are updated frequently on our web site which you can find under our Research tab. Resona Audible is just a sound program like any song you would listen to on your phone. In most cases it sounds like white noise. Many people can drift off and meditate during a therapy session. Resona InFusion is simply water you drink. It has no chemical or drugs. Resona Flux is an extremely low magnetic field treatment which is used in both the Pulsar XO and VIBE. Resona Fliker uses LED lights which flicker at the protocol frequencies. Yes, the Pulsar XO is exactly like a Bluetooth speaker and uses the audible MP3 files as the delivery format. The phone operating system will override the Pulsar XO with any audio …just like when you listen to Pandora or Spotify or your phone rings. The phone voice overrides the protocol, and you want it to. You don’t want someone to call you, you answer, and have your ear drums blown out with frequencies. So, what are the options? The best option is to upgrade to the VIBE which is a complete stand alone device. For the Pulsar XO: 1 – Don’t take calls or listen to music during a session. If you take a call the protocol will pause. Once you hang up it should restart automatically, if not press the play button again. It is perfectly fine to pause a protocol. 2 – You can text, but not use audio (phone voice/music) during a session. 3 – You can use the Micro SD card option and then the Pulsar XO is standalone device in this mode and can run a single protocol without any integration with your phone. 4 – Run the Pulsar XO off a different Bluetooth connection than your phone. 5 – Use an inexpensive Android tablet instead of your phone to run the protocols. 6 – Use your PC. If it does not have a Bluetooth connection – dongles are available these days for under $10. At full volume the PEMF coils do put out heat on the Pulsar XO, up to about 130F. It kind of feels like a heating pad and this is completely normal. When placed against the body, if your skin is too sensitive, place a piece of clothing between your skin and the device or turn the volume down to a comfortable level. For most people the heat is not even noticeable, only when against the skin like for back pain, arthritis, etc. We no longer recommend placing it under your pillow as it needs ventilation or it can get too hot. Red LED Light When the Pulsar XO is plugged into the micro USB cable, the Red LED light will blink while charging. When the Red LED light turns solid, the device is fully charged. Blue LED Light Press and hold the power (middle) button for 3 seconds. The fast flashing Blue LED means the Pulsar XO is in pair mode and ready to Bluetooth pair with your phone or tablet. Once paired, the Blue LED will turn solid. When running a protocol, the Blue LED will flash slowly. White LED Light The Pulsar XO can be used as an emergency charger for your phone battery. Plug you phone charging cable into the USB port of the Pulsar XO and connect to your phone. A solid White LED will illuminate while your phone is charging. When a protocol is running on the Pulsar XO, there are 4 indicators that it is working. 1 – Place the device against your ear near the lanyard connection. You should hear a slight buzzing sound. 2 – At full volume the device can get quite warm, up to 130 Deg F. You can feel this warmth. 3 – When the protocol is running the Blue LED will blink slowly 4 – You can use a magnetometer app to measure the magnetic field. Place the top of the phone near the coils on the Pulsar XO (the lanyard corner). You can download the apps here: The Earth is constantly engulfed in PEMF. You should see about 40 uT background from the Earth and about 600 – 900 uT from the Pulsar XO, depending on the protocol running. On the VIBE there is a screen that show the frequencies and the progress of the protocol. The VIBE gets slightly warm (100F) to the touch while running. You can hear a very slight buzzing noise if held close to your ear. The same magnetometer app can be used to measure the field. There are not any LED’s on the VIBE, all status indictors are on the single video screen. Yes. The Pulsar XO can be ran as a stand alone unit without a Bluetooth connection to your phone or tablet. This is accomplished by using a Micro SD Protocol Card. Only one protocol per card. You place the card in the Pulsar XO and the volume (power) is now controlled from the Pulsar XO instead of your phone. The Protocol will run in a continuous loop until turned off. These cards are sold separately here. All Resona Health products have a 30-day money back guarantee. Simply return the product and your refund will be processed upon receipt.
