I’ve had mine for about 3 weeks and really enjoy them. I bought two and am glad to be able to switch them out for charging. I’m using mine night and day on many different settings. I’m pleased with the effect of the Sleep and Brain Wave Delta for sleep, and while I am not particularly anxious, Anxiety made a difference in the dentist chair. I bought this device and am not getting paid for my testimony. I use it every night for my fibromyalgia and I sleep better. There’s so many different modes. You can choose from. sometimes when I’m anxious, I use the anxiety mode. I haven’t tried all of the modes yet, but I definitely can tell a difference.

It works. If I forget to run the depression, insomnia, anxiety (DIA) program during late afternoon. My sleep is not very good compared to when I use the DIA program. I now set an alarm on phone to remind me.
