I have had mine for about three weeks now. I am using it on the weight loss setting. I have lost approximately 7 pounds. My goal is to lose another 7 pounds and then I will switch protocols to the tinnitus protocol. I have tried the tinnitus protocol and my tinnitus seems to be less when I am using this product.
