Been drinking water in the morning to hydrate myself, and doing late afternoon or early evening Vibe treatments.
Have used various protocols to see what’s most effective for me.
Third day in the evening I used back pain and fibromyalgia while winding down reading before bed. Experienced notable improvement and sleeping deeper. Less pain equals less tossing, turning, and waking myself up. Felt refreshed on arising and a noticeable difference in sleep quality. I will continue to observe and update.

Love mine it has helped so much already. Just need best place to stick it when I use sleep at night. Right now I kinda just lay on it. Lol. Suggestions. Also using the brain wave therta (I believe it is) for my IC (painful bladder syndrome). So far it has helped take off the sever signals and has helped me and to sleep because of it.
