Brainwave Expansion
- The VIBE includes 60 Core Protocols. Always start with these.

- If you don’t find a close match, use Brainwave Expansion. Five brainwave protocols can map to ~70 additional conditions. If multiple brainwaves are listed (e.g., Alpha + Theta), run them back-to-back.

What frequency does it use?
- Resona Health protocols use frequencies in the 1–1000 Hz range.
- Most protocols are not a single tone; they use frequency pairs that change every 1–4 minutes—think of them like musical chords. The magnetic field is the therapy (not the audible sound—there is no sound except for a slight buzzing noise if held close to the ear. This is completely normal and expected).
- Average session length is ~40 minutes (range: 30 min to 2.5 hours).

Magnetic Field Tester — how to use
- The tester simply shows that the device is emitting a magnetic field.
- Always test on the “General Inflammation” protocol so you’re comparing apples-to-apples.
- Placement matters: lay the tester flat on top of the coils—not angled or at a distance.
- If there’s no movement like in the demo, confirm the Power = 10 (use the + button).

What protocol do you recommend for X?
This is the most common question we get asked everyday. We can’t diagnose, treat, or cure anything. Our team and partner clinicians can help guide you, but the best approach is to check the core protocols first and see if there is an exact match or something that is reasonably close. If not then your 2nd step is to find the best match in the Brainwave Expansion protocols:
- Check the Core Protocols, then
- Use Brainwave Expansion if needed.

Who can use it?
All ages and pets
OK with metal implants.
Do not use if you have a pacemaker, insulin pump, or are pregnant.
When in doubt, consult your clinician before use.

How often & where to place it
- Start with 3–4 sessions/week. You can run back-to-back sessions if you like.
- You can’t overdose, but if you feel unusually tired, scale back and reassess.
- Placement: pocket, waistband, or lanyard. Closer to the body is better; avoid very thick layers.
- For localized issues (e.g., back or joint), closer placement often feels better.
- For mental protocols, it doesn’t need to be near your head.
