Hello, my name’s Mark Fox. I’m the founder and CEO of Rena Health, and this video is for our current customers. I want to ask you a really big favor. Would you please, if you had a positive experience with our products, would you please give us a good review on Google reviews? And I feel kind of weird even asking for that, but here’s what’s actually going on.
We’re the fastest growing PMF company company in the world, which is fantastic. But along with that comes the negative side of the world, right? We have. Multiple companies that are copying our brand name, Reanna and Reanna Health. They’re infringing on our trademark and they’re selling other supplements with our name.
Now, to my knowledge, nobody is copying our products, the vibe, the VaguVibe, BlueVibe, the Kario Watch those. There’s no problem with that. It’s just they’re using our name to sell their products and they’re doing really bad business practices. They’re having people buy their product and then they automatically sign them up for a subscription.
People are obviously pissed about that. And then when they call the company or try to call the company or email them, they don’t answer. So unfortunately what happens is many of them think it’s us. And even the credit, even the banks and credit card companies are telling their customers when they Google it, they see Resona Health and they see our company.
So I can’t say which review platform it is, but it’s one of the more popular ones. Because my lawyers won’t let me. But every single review on there is negative. Because it’s not our product. It’s these people that have been scammed with this subscription thing. So we’ve done everything we possibly can so far to get them taken down.
We’ve appealed the process and they’ve so far not listened to it. They’ve heard us, but they don’t agree with taking them down. So actually they have sent us three sales reps that said, Hey, buy our service where you can get a bunch of good reviews and then it’ll dilute some of the negative ones, which as one of my team members says, that’s like mafia extortion.
We’re not gonna, we’re not gonna do that. Right? So, again, I feel kind of weird asking for that, but if you could really help out the company and our brand, just go to Resona.News/Google. Again, Resona.News/Google. It should pull up the review thing for, for Google right on your phone and just spend 30 seconds a minute of your life and give us a review.
