The Vagus Nerve protocol is a new addition included on the most recent VIBE units. Older devices end with Wound Healing, so you won’t see “Vagus Nerve” listed by name in your Core 59 protocols. However, your device already contains the exact frequency-based method used for Vagus Nerve Stimulation—it’s simply located under the Brain Wave Expansion protocols.
Where to Find Vagus Nerve Stimulation on Your Device
Your device includes two Brain Wave programs that provide the same vagus nerve stimulation frequencies used in the new dedicated protocol:
1. Brain Wave Alpha
Found in the Brain Wave Expansion list (Alpha band frequencies).
First step in the recommended vagus nerve sequence.
2. Brain Wave Theta
Also in the Brain Wave Expansion list (Theta band frequencies).
Used immediately after Alpha to deepen the vagal response.
These two programs together replicate the new “Vagus Nerve” protocol on the latest devices.
